Refund Policy

🛡️ Every package is backed by our Retention Guarantee. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund — every penny.
1. Retention Guarantee
All packages include a retention guarantee window:
- Viral Starter ($49) — 7-day retention guarantee
- Traction Builder ($149) — 14-day retention guarantee
- Peak Performance ($299) — 14-day retention guarantee
- Give Us a Try ($5) — 24-hour delivery guarantee
If your engagement drops below the delivered count within the guarantee window, contact us and we will top it up free of charge within 5 business days.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to deliver your order within 14 days of payment
- We are unable to fulfil a top-up under the retention guarantee
- A technical error caused duplicate charges to your account
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Your TikTok account was private, deleted, or suspended during delivery
- You provided an incorrect username or URL and did not notify us before delivery began
- Engagement dropped due to your own account activity (e.g. deleting the boosted post)
- You simply changed your mind after delivery has started
4. Monthly Growth Plan Cancellations
The Monthly Growth Plan can be cancelled at any time by emailing support@selecteverything.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@selecteverything.com with:
- Your order confirmation number or email address used at checkout
- Your TikTok username
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours and resolve all valid claims within 5 business days.
